What cookies are

I run this blog alone. Cookies are small text files that a site stores in your browser. They help the page remember your visits. The old way was messy, but cookies just make the web less painful. Think of them as a note the site leaves on your device. I built this place to teach crypto in plain steps, and cookies help me keep it running.

Why I use them

I keep this place simple. My blog may use basic cookies so the pages load the right way. I might also use plain stats to see which crypto posts you read. That helps me write better guides. No ads, no tricky tracking. Just a one person show trying to make crypto clear for new users.

What might show up

Third party bits

Some posts link to outside tools or videos. Those other sites may set their own cookies when you click. I don't run those sites. They have their own rules. If that bugs you, block third party cookies in your browser. The web is a network of sites, and this is just how it works.

How to turn them off

You hold the power. Open your browser settings and look for "cookie" or "privacy". You can delete what is there or stop new ones. The site will still work, just a bit less smooth. No big deal. Speed of learning is your unfair advantage, and blocking cookies is a fast win for control.

You don't need a tech degree to clear cookies. Your browser does the work.
